About the Role

Futbol Fever's indoor youth soccer academy is building the team of coaches who will shape the next generation of players in our community.

Our recreational academy serves kids ages 4 to 15 who are learning the fundamentals of the game. First touches, first goals, and the first time they realize they love this sport.

That's where you come in.
We follow a structured curriculum that helps our players walk off the pitch each session better than they walked on. Your job is to make that happen.

Strong coaches at Futbol Fever have the opportunity to grow into leadership positions within the academy, help launch our new competitive academy expansion, build real business skills alongside your coaching career, and the opportunity to work in other positions within the company.

Who We're Looking For
Ages 17 to 25
High school seniors, college students, and recent grads especially encouraged to apply.

You might be:
A current or former competitive youth soccer player
Someone who coached your younger sibling's team and loved it
A college athlete looking for meaningful part-time work
Someone who grew up in the game and wants to give back to the next generation

You do not need formal coaching experience.

If you know the game, you're coachable, and you're great with kids — we'll teach you our system.

What You'll Do
Lead engaging, structured training sessions for ages 4–15 following our Futbol Fever curriculum
Teach the fundamentals: ball mastery, first touch, passing, 1v1 moves, and small-sided games
Create a positive, fun, and inclusive environment where every player feels seen
Give real feedback that helps players grow week over week
Build strong relationships with players, parents, and teammates on staff
Show up on time, prepared, and ready to bring energy to every session
Participate in staff development sessions and grow your own coaching craft

Requirements
Age 17+ (must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.)
Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and passion for the game
Great with kids — patient, encouraging, and able to command a group
Reliable, on-time, and willing to go the extra mile

Available evenings Monday–Friday and Saturday mornings (15–25+ hours/week)
Willing to complete background check and any required certifications
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required

Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: 15–25+ per week · Evenings Mon–Fri · Saturday mornings
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and coaching qualifications
